Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really believe this book does a great job of organizing the subject matter *by K***S on January 11, 2017* I have been highlighting all the terms and definitions in this book so I can try to understand it. If you are a Psych student you will find this handy as well. These types of tests were used on me successfully about 40 years ago. But this is all updated of course. I really believe this book does a great job of organizing the information, and it is very easy to use this book providing you are serious about the subject matter. Of course I would like to have had more of a background before attempting to use this book, but it does a good job if you can read at a college level. I have taken some Psychology and this is all very familiar thankfully; otherwise I would be lost. This book is meant to complement actual testing. I think these testing tools are under-utilized. There is a difference between the information people can observe and what we tell ourselves as the book points out. The only clinician who administered this type of texting to me was extremely helpful to me.
