These PUKLAR branded sunglasses are very nicely presented in a sturdy and attractive box that could serve for on-going storage. The set includes the sunglasses, a soft drawstring pouch, a cleaning cloth, product information and a test card to demonstrate the sunglass's polarising effect. The latter has little images of cars etched into it that are only visible through the glasses. I chose the gold frame and graduated brown lens combination and I am very pleased with how smart they look. I have a fair complexion and these colours suit me better. They are very effective, particularly in the glorious weather we have had this week. The shade gives a good balance between light and dark and therefore they would be suitable for many different applications. I am quite light sensitive because of my very blue eyes but these 'shades' do the job of toning down the glare perfectly. I also love polarising glasses because they can reveal details that cannot been seen with the naked eye. For example, a handsome trout in the clear waters of our local stream. They just have a way of cutting through the reflections. I could go into the science but do not wish to be overly tedious. These sunglasses have plastic rather than metal arms. This certainly helps reduce the weight but will perhaps require a little more care to ensure they have a long and useful life. The arms are spring loaded and the frame and lenses are strong and well made. I found the fit to be excellent and they have the coverage block both front on and ambient light from the sides. I like these sunglasses very much and although I think they are perhaps a little on the pricey side of par they are still a solid and good quality buy.
