Excellent quality bands.
I purchased these bands following phisyo and been told I have an MCL injury. The bands seem good quality and have good resistance and have not yet stretched out of shape. The small storage bag you get with them is great and makes them easy to keep all together and take to the gym. Overall the quality and colour is as described and they are excellent value.

Worth it
They appear strong, feel nice and smooth. They're so many choices and price, this one was affordable and has six in the pack. Whereas most of them have 5 and often overpriced. It does the job.

These are just what I needed to help with my rehabilitation from a knee injury. They’re colour coded and labelled so it’s very easy to pick the appropriate band in terms of resistance. Would recommend.
