Do these insoles also cause that?** A: I bought the 3/4 insoles to tighten up my shoes so they would not be so loose on my feet. These insoles are thicker than most, I think, but they worked for me. They work great for toeless shoes. **Q: Do these help make the shoes fit better? My shoes a just a little too big.** A: I am not sure. I added them to a pair of mules and didn't feel a difference in fit. They are fairly thin, with just a little cushion. The pros: - They're just about "invisible" even when wearing strappy sandals. - They add substantial padding and made my sandals much more comfortable to wear. The cons: - My weight in the shoes keeps them in place, but each time I wear these sandals I need to press the foot petals back down before putting the shoes on as the product starts to detach a bit. - The added bulk is something to be aware of if you have a wide or fuller foot.
