Just give them a good yank. I have two of the step aerobic platforms and love them. **Q: Does it come with an exercise book?** A: No it does not **Q: How realistic would it be to hang this on my wall for storage?** A: Sure, with the correct hooks or brackets it would be easy to hang for storage.
