I have bone spurs on my heels and my podiatrist told me to wear padding. The gel padding is very high quality and because it's flexible and thin it doesn't make my boots cramped. Absorbs shock very very well too. Wouldn't be caught without these in my skate bag!

Received 2 large Achilles bunga pads as I ordered. Arrived very quickly! I use these for ice skating. I have bone spurs on my heels and my podiatrist told me to wear padding. The gel padding is very high quality and because it's flexible and thin it doesn't make my boots cramped. Absorbs shock very very well too. Wouldn't be caught without these in my skate bag!
