You have to be very careful buying DPDT switches based on the Amazon listings. You are better off finding what you think is right and going to the manufacturer's website to see if the model number is the right one for your application. It is also a Momentary On which means the contacts will only make contact while the toggle is pressed. Once released the toggle automatically returns to center which is usually the off position.
