The operating voltage is DC 5V and the electric current is 500mA, and DC 3.3V, 150mA for each HDMI port, this power supply status is as safe as telephone devices which is very unlikely to cause damage to connected devices. Product Introduction This HDMI Splitter is a HD HDMI signal distributor, which distributs a HDMI signal from one source(eg:Sky HD/PS3/Xbox One) to 2 HDMI displays (HDTV/Plasma TV/LCD/Projector,etc.) It supports HDMI V1.4 (4Kx2K resolution) and 3D HDMI signal. The Splitter doesn't appear to be functioning. Firstly, Please check if the LED lights and the power supply are in good condition. Secondly,make sure all cables are in good condition and well connected Thirdly,make sure the length of the cables is within the maximum supported length of this splitter, lastly. please try toconnect the input source to the display directly to see if it display normally. If the maximum resolution of the two displays supported is not the same, what resolution be displayed？ It will show the lower resolution display. When using Windows or MACBook, make sure that the computer'soutput is set properly.Do not select only computer screen items. The splitter will display at the lower one to both displays 1.The Splitter doesn't appear to be functioning.What can I do? --Firstly, Please check if the LED lights and the power supply are in good condition. Secondly,make sure all cables are in good condition and well connected. Check the HDMI cable connect well and restart the HDMI Splitter to check whether the green light is open. For example, 2 display maximum resolution is 1080p 2160p， after connect the HDMI Splitter will read EDID and choose the lowest resolution to signal device so to keep all the output device could display the picture. So it is normal that the signal source is 2160p and the display shows 1080p or other resolution. 3.Does this HDMI Splitter compatible with PS4 and PS4 Pro? --Yes, it can compatible with PS4; But it can't support PS4 Pro. 4.The display can't show 4K/ appear splash screen/Purple screen/speckled screen/noise, how to fix it? --Please connect 5V 1A power supply; You may not use the standard 19+1 HDMI 2.0 Cable, please change another cable. I purchased 2 of these; one for home and another to split HDMI signals for my mobile DJ company. The one at home is never moved and it works fine. I haven't noticed any difference in picture quality, but I use a much smaller screen for the split. The other that I use, on the go, has held up very well. It finally fell off of the cord and hit a concrete floor, last week, and the USB coupler broke. Considering that I've used this one, for well over a year, and the others that were more expensive never made it that long, it's well worth the money that I've spent. I've just ordered a 3rd one, and I hope to keep it even longer... (If it can avoid me Epsteining it off of its cord!)

Tried another product and for some reason it would not let the signal thru. This splitter worked well. I had bought this same splitter before and it works great. I have three tv's working off of one satelite reciever, so i can save on my cable bill. Doing it this way , all tv's run the same channel off of one remote , and that's what i want anyways.

works good, just plug in and play. very well made, heavy duty yet compact. Comes with micro usb to usb cable for power, so you'll need to provide your own hdmi cable. I purchased this hoping to allow my laptop to have a 3rd display... not this one.. it only duplicates screen. picture quality is great though and works as specified.
