At times in my younger years, I was practically living on protein shakes, having 100+ grams per day. I've always tried to find the pure non-flavored ones, and I either mix them in cold OJ or have them in room-temp water.Mixability of this product got much worse at some point, but still tastes clean and slightly milky. My digestion feels good on this, and I have no bad reactions. Perhaps they reduced the lecithin concentration, or something else, but I do wish it dissolved as easily as it used to. For instance, I used to be able to mix about 10 grams of this (about 1 of the scoops that comes with) into 100 grams of water without any clumping. Now I probably need 200 grams of water for zero clumping. So it still dissolves, just not as well.Most products on the market have moved away from soy lecithin and onto sunflower-based lecithin. I know soy has/had a bad rap for all sorts of reasons, but I personally have bad reactions to sunflower lecithin.
