I cant say yes, but with the same motor, 5.3....I don't see why not. Is the North face ed. Have a special radiator?

what is the inside diameter of this hose?

I would have to take it off to find out- so I do not know but it fit a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado with 5.3 engine
