Some of the recordings are sub standard. However if you are a fan of the early material, this is a must have. The recordings were made between October 1974 and June 1976. There are 7 discs in all. The concert from royal Albert Hall (1975) and Berlin Philharmonic are the best sounding of the set. Edgar plays some driven guitar licks on this CD. I explored all of their music styles from the early days up until the most recent days before Edgar's unfortunate passing. This CD contains my favorite TD style of music. I love the heavy synths and mesmerizing sounds. I've read other reviews about the sound quality of a few of the CDs, but I only noticed the music. Sure, there is a noticeable audio quality issue, but the music stands out anyway.
