Thanks** A: just are high enough for the L-sit. you could also hold at the bottom of the headstand with head hovering just over the floor, barely. I don't know if there is enough room for the rotation between L-sit and handstand, but I seriously doubt it even if you tucked your knees to your chest I think your feet would hit the floor. **Q: When doing a press up handstand, are they sturdy without shaking or sliding on floor?** A: Very sturdy, no shaking or sliding on the floor. If I were to do it all over I would get some bars that had more height. Trying to do an L sit is very difficult, but not impossible with these bars.
