I new it was guaranteed, which is the main reason I took a chance with it, so I contacted the seller and he sent out a new one immediately. Yay! But as soon as I connected the new hose, and turned the water on, the new hose exploded and all the fittings flew off. I attempted to put it back together, but now it just pours water out of the area where the fittings are. I contacted the seller again, to let him know that the replacement he sent was faulty, and of course, I never heard back from him. There is no point guaranteeing a product if you're going to fulfill the guarantee with another malfunctioning product. It appears that all of the hoses he sells are very poorly made.
