I love the way these bra pads stick to the inside of the cups - once you've placed them correctly, they don't budge! It's nice they're self-adhesive so I don't have to tack them by hand, and then remove and re-tack them every time I wash the suit.When I go to our local beach, I don't swim so I cannot speak to how well they do if you use them in a swimsuit for swimming.I just wish I could find these in black!
