I work in ABA and I put colorful stickers on them to add personalization. A few things I dislike are the side straps loosen too easily but I just let them be loose because it doesn't affect anything. The shoulder straps are good they don't do that and that's what matters. Also idk if it's the quality or if it was just my luck but the front pocket caught on a door hinge and ripped quite easily. It holds so much stuff and my coworkers have even bought the same bag in different colors because of how perfect it is! I don't feel like you would be disappointed.
