A: Not sure on those but the chocolate brownie tasted like cardboard with a hint of coco powdered chalk

A: There are 15g total carbs with 9g dietary fiber and 2g sugar alcohols, so the net carb count is 5g. These bars have the best flavor of no-sugar bars that I have tried. They also have plenty of protein to keep my hunger at bay until I can eat a meal when I am really busy. I have tried several flavors and recommend all of them!
