Plus, the 50 quantity box is so much more convenient with individual packets versus the 20 quantity box with 10-tablets contained within 2 foil sleeves which are difficult to remove the tablets from. These are the only thing I have found that help with my sinus headaches. It usually only takes about 15-20 minutes for it to kick in, and usually one dose works all day. I don't like to run out of these, so I keep a few on hand all the time. Sometimes they are hard to find in the store, so I bought this box at one of those times. I like having some individually wrapped. It makes it very convenient to pack for short trips and just to have one on my in case I start getting a sinus headache.
