I couldn't get them to fit or they wouldn't stay together or anything else that we have all faced with these but after I learned how to mold them and how to continually dip them in the hot water until I got them to fit just right they are great. Each time you eat anything hot they will melt yes. So you only have to mold them while still wearing them. I have mine in all the time. I eat and drink and sleep with them in and let me tell you. No one can tell that I have them in. They all believe that they are real. The only thing that is very very bad is that they constantly give me bad breath so I am constantly having mints on me. Other than that you just have to continue to adjust them and once you figure out just how to do that then you will love them. I have all my front teeth out and yes they do stay in place even though I have just a couple teeth left. So I know there's so many to choose from and granted they are all the same. I if I have time to wait use a different website to order them because I will receive 6 on up to 12 pairs in a package for way lesser money only it takes up to 30 days sometimes.
