I am 5'8" tall so I usually don't want or need length beyond a small, thankfully these are perfect overall in a small. The waist is a little snug but they look fantastic on me, and they feel even better. I would say the small is probably meant for 28-30 and I am more like 31-32. It has a little give so they fit perfectly. The fabric is the tech style and looks/fits like a far more expensive brand. They are the most comfortable and flattering modern street/chic sweatpants I have ever worn. I bought several pair in different colors since I love wearing them. They are not so heavy and workout looking that I don't feel confident wearing them anywhere.
