Will these work with a distillate which I'm told would be solid at room temperature?

If it’s solid at room temp then you would need to give it a heat up to get it into some state of liquid. These tanks are glass so can be heated with a quick burst from your average lighter. I’m not saying it WILL work, but in theory if you can get it into the tank as a liquid, it should be fine.

What settings are you using on mods with these?

Don't get them they are really bad quality. I used 1 for 2 minutes and it just tastes burnt

Anyone know the resistance in Ω on these? Also are they compatable with any battery?

I don’t know the first answer, but it’s a 510 fitting ( standard to most batteries.) and has an adaptor for magnetic connection.

Not ideal for thicker oil and only 2 of the 5 carts was recognised by a vape battery not sure if I had a dodgy batch or not but won't be buying again ashame I can't return
