     The emgado exercise sliders set it's perfect for any home gym. You can workout your entire body in minutes. The quality is also very good. I tried the sliders on my tile floor plus over my carpet and I can tell you they work very very well. To have more grip you can use them with sports shoes or barefoot. If you want more challenge you can add the resistance band around your legs while you work out with the sliders. I also love the rest of the equipment, you receive an ebook with exercises, a jump rope, a carry bag, and a sweatband. There are a lot of bonuses in this package and I sincerely recommend it to you all! Don't hesitate!
