Good product
This seems to be a bit pricey for me but they work and I don’t take them often. So that takes the product worth it. This sounds odd,the color is purple and I love that. They are relatively small and they are easy to swallow. All in all that makes these a really inexpensive item that works

This product is not "inflated" [no pun intended]. It does its job in good order.

Did this product reduce pressure and bloating? Yes. Did it reduce flatulence and urgency? No.
Whether this product would represent value for money for you depends on what you are looking for. Since gas causes the urgency that sends one to the toilet with maddening frequency with IBS-D, I hoped I might get some relief from simethicone, the active ingredient in this and similar products, including the name-brand product to which this one is compared. Indeed, one gets exactly what is advertised, relief from boating and pressure, but no more. That is because simethicone breaks the surface tension of gas bubbles that form in the colon, breaking them so the gas can pass out as flatulence. The carefully crafted product description never claims that simethicone reduces the rate or quantity of gas production, and the accompanying urgency and flatulence, yet leaves one to suppose that it might, particularly if one is looking for this kind of relief. it does not and the literature does not tell you this. The digestive system produces as much gas with simethicone as without it. So, yes, I got some relief from pressure and bloating as advertised, but I got no respite from flatulence or urgency, as expected once I understood simethicone's method of operation and its limitations.
