Review: On the table, they have alot of power - The minis are awesome. I have a set with no warping of the minis. My friend has the same. I played against this set in a recent game. The axman is fun as it has alot of good stats. The issue is the axe. It called for battle and my opponent pushed it forward too fast and it only got one hit in. Because i wanted to see what happens. It adds 1 point of damage to your melee attacks. While nice, dont push the melee by default. The bushwacker is a scrappy little mech. I personally dont enjoy the design, but this thing is packing some heat. The speed it can get around is solid as well. I planned to ignore it at first. It made me pay for that. The Cataphract is a personal fave from mechwarrior 5: mercenaries. It is a tough well rounded heavy mech. And here as well. Just like in the videogame. This is a mech that preforms! The Nightstar... is mighty, but a bit slower then the rest of the box. The game was half over before it really got a chance to fight. But when it did. Ouch. At the game conclusion it dealt more damage then my Atlas. Due to the lack of its presence for most of the game, it wasnt as effective. I cannot wait for my next game facing off against it. I got a feeling it will be a struggle. All in all. It is a heavy battle lance. I had a blast fighting it. And cannot wait to use my own.
