Are the charging cords with the cart?

It comes with a power-strip mounted behind the slats... no other charging blocks or cords are included.

The nuts sent to attach the casters do not fully tighten them to the bottom bracket and the disposable wrench is too small. Did I get the wrong parts?

Hello, I am very sorry to hear about the trouble with the nuts and casters. For a technical issue such as this, please contact us directly. Contact information listed below. We will be able to pinpoint the problem and send any necessary parts. Email: helpdesk@mattressfurnituresupply.com Phone: 855-787-8200 Thank you

What is the exact distance between the dividers? I understand they can be removed, but then you're only holding half.

The dividers are 1 1/2 inches apart. Yes they can be removed. It works well for what I am using it for.

What size laptop could this hold 16 of?

Hello, This cart is compatible with laptops of any screen size. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly at: Email: helpdesk@mattressfurnituresupply.com Phone: 855-787-8200
