## Description

Eppicotispai garganelli stripper and gnocchi board, one utensil for both uses. Garganelli (garga-nay-lee) are a very rare italian homemade pasta. They require a lot of work, but with this tool the work get easier. Take a 2-inch square rolled dough piece, roll from one corner to the opposite corner using the mini rolling pin and give to the garganello two pointed edges.

**Q: board dimensions?**
A: The board is 3 1/2" wide by 4 3/4" long.  The handle is approx 3 1/4" long, making the total length of the item (including the handle) to be 8". Hope that helps!

**Q: I was wondering if since 2012 they have changed this and it now has the ridged roller or not?**
A: The roller is smooth. The paddle is ridged.

**Q: What is the barrel size of the dowel**
A: very small barrel size about 1/4 inch.

**Q: What is the difference between the standard and limited edition product, other than price?**
A: There is no difference, actually the limited edition looks like a fake and we will work with Amazon to remove it
