Heats evenly and good quality

Switching out all my non stick pans and these are great pans and reasonably priced.

Trying to have more healthy eating and cooking at home and this is a fine early level cooking tool. The nonstick was fine and it was also easy to clean. I did rinse before putting into dishwasher. The handle doesn’t get hot during use, so it works well for my electric cooking stove

You will not be sorry with this purchase. It is very sturdy .Very well made. Cooks evenly and no problems Clean up is very easy. I have always liked stainless steel cook ware. It's a good size too. Thinking about purchasing a larger one to go with it. It will most likely outlive me LOL

It works very well once it’s seasoned and a few cooking events happened

I have included a video showing my steps for making a non-stick omelet with this pan. I think it would work for any stainless steel fry pan. 1. Prepare any sautéed veggies, raw veggies, cheese, meat, etc. ahead of time 2. Start with a clean pan for your omelet 3. Heat the pan on MED/HIGH Heat – you want it to be able to melt the butter 4. Add the butter (about a teaspoon for this size pan (it is okay if the pan hasn’t gotten hot enough to melt the butter yet but when it is hot enough…) 5. Spread the butter around the entire pan. Cover the whole bottom and up the sides a bit (where the egg is going to reach) 6. Pour in the eggs 7. Add the veggies, cheese etc to the top of the eggs 8. Let it cook 9. When the eggs look done fold the eggs and serve This pan seems to get HOTTER as it goes a bit more than my other fry pan, so I turn down the heat more than once when making eggs in this pan. If I don't it will smoke. So pay attention to the heat and turn down as needed. It may be more than you think. I started at a 5 to heat the pan and by the end was on a two. My other pan starts at a 5 and ends on a 4. So that is the biggest variable between pans. I only put pepper and onions in my omelet, but we also make one that uses peppers, onions, grated cheese, ham, chopped tomatoes and it is the same process.

Scratches really easily and food sticks to it even with oil.

The product is good quality but I did not know how small it is, well I just need to get my measurements right next time.

Compré un sartén de 20cms pensando que sería suficiente para mi familia y yo, pero es muy pequeña, sin embargo, si calidad y peso me hicieron que decidiera comprar una de tamaño mayor de esta misma marca en un par de días más.

Better than any non-stick pans. With a bit extra oil compared to non-stick pans it works well and holds heat uniformly and for long. This is what I needed.

Súper bonito sartén , se quema muy rápido y es difícil de limpiar .
