This thing would fit a true bodybuilder. I 5'6" 175# with a 38-40" chest and 34" waist and it will not cinch down tight enough for me to wear it properly. I am gonna have to cut all of the straps shorter. I'm not sure who/what they used as a sizing guide but whoever is wearing this fully adjusted out to it's max size is not someone worried about moving tactically. I can put this chest rig on over my loaded plate carrier **Q: Is this in accordance with AR-17 army regulations?** A: No. Its not. Unless it comes from CIF or your unit it is unauthorized. Not every unit cares, but no, it is not authorized.
