(AWESOME AMAZON REPRESENTATIVE) I tried the number multiple times and was always on hold for EVER. I received the Blower and charged the battery as instructed by the owner's manual. I used the Blower for about 10 minutes, and it died. So, I placed the battery on the charger again and got a flashing red light. The manual said that if this occurred, it was a defective battery, charger or both. Also, to call customer service. The last time I called it said that the mailbox was full, and you can't leave a message. So, I received anther Blower and it did EXACTLY the same thing. Called Customer Service back and spoke to one of the rudest folks I have ever talked to. I was on hold for over 35 minutes. It has been since March and I am still dealing with this in November.
