I'm not sure about the freezer, I've never tried, but I personally wouldn't use them for long term storage. **Q: Would the 6.5cm lids fit on a 6.5cm jar top or would they be too loose?** A: Pretty sure they will be ok. I use them on very small cans of cat food which are about the same diameter and have to stretch them to fit **Q: Are these oven proof? Would they withstand 40-120 °C.** A: I've used the larger size at 90c.
