This is a mixture between official finished art pieces, concept art, strategy guide, and interviews. My only regret is that I can't read Japanese because the book is entirely written in it and I have no clue what anything says. I went in expecting that so I'm not too bummed, but overall this was a great purchase, I highly recommend it to any Nier fan.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Book

This book is not quite what I expected, but, I am not disappointed. How could I be? It's more Nier, the more the better. This is a mixture between official finished art pieces, concept art, strategy guide, and interviews. My only regret is that I can't read Japanese because the book is entirely written in it and I have no clue what anything says. I went in expecting that so I'm not too bummed, but overall this was a great purchase, I highly recommend it to any Nier fan.

The Grimoire NieR is exactly what I expected, but if you're looking for your standard game art book, this is not it. The book does feature a lot of art and concept work, but commentary is entirely in Japanese and there's more text and short story than art. Translations do exist online if you're curious though. So if you're interested in NieR and don't mind this, then I definitely suggest picking up a copy.
