There are three modes - one solid and two blinking options. The lights are very bright and will make us visible to cars on dark roads. Included are Velcro straps to help attach the lights. We are using these on a baby carriage, so the straps are very useful. They even included extra batteries and a screwdriver!

Wow! These lights just arrived, and I am very impressed. The lights are well made and easy to use. There are three modes - one solid and two blinking options. The lights are very bright and will make us visible to cars on dark roads. Included are Velcro straps to help attach the lights. We are using these on a baby carriage, so the straps are very useful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Camping Essential…with Unexpected Side Effects

Bought these LED Velcro lights for camping so I could keep track of my kids after dark. Mission accomplished! They glow brightly enough that I can spot them zooming through the campground like caffeinated little fireflies. Unfortunately, they also discovered the flashing mode, so now every trip to the bathroom at night looks like a miniature EDM festival in the woods. Battery life is impressive, unlike my patience. Also worth noting: the Velcro is unbelievably strong. It sticks to jackets, towels, backpacks, tents, and human hair with the grip strength of a bald eagle. Removing one from a screaming child’s ponytail, basically a hostage negotiation situation that requires a lot snacks and patience.
