Yes following the instructions you fill the battery with electrolyte let it set for thirty minutes then top off and that's the last time you'll put electrolyte in the battery. After that just soft water is needed/used to top off the battery.

Yes if the container has enough volume to fill battery. Check volume of acid needed to fill battery cells.
