As a result of receiving the strips and book i am now actively changing my diet. ANYONE WHO IS SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN BEING HEALTHY SHOULD GET THESE STRIPS. The company would literally get a 5 star but the product I gave a 4 star because of the quality of the strips. When I would put them in water it would read my water pH at 8.35 - 9 in the cup. But when I took it out of the color went away. After several tries I noticed that the color was actually coming off of the strips when I took them out of the water. However, after some maneuvering I was able to get an ok reading but it still looks a little sketchy.
