First, the adapter did not fit properly. It did not mold to the gun handle well enough to slide the cheap plastic pins to secure it. The pins are weak and not long enough to hold the adapter in place. After making several attempts to install, I thought I must be doing something wrong. I finally realized this was never going to fit as it should. I began to see it popping lose at the range and having a frustrating time with it. Stay away from this cheaply made adapter made in China.
