Great product
Got this for post surgery, worked great. The narrower one is hardly wide enough for adult shoulders, so definitely get the wider option.

Used this after my surgery. Had to keep upright. Was comfy and soft. Was the right about of firmness and softness. Supported my head and back well. Not the most expensive but decent price

Breathing is much better
For some time it has been necessary to sleep more elevated than usual. I've tried backrest pillows, but they were uncomfortable after a while. This item has thus far, been quite comfortable....and a pretty blue, too. It does what it's supposed to do. I recommend it to those of us needing to sleep mostly on our back, but it's comfy side sleeping, as well.
