Unfortunately this doesn't have a whole lot of flavor and it seems to have the seeds still in it.  I added it to water and there was a lot of grit and not much taste.  I'll try again and strain after I mix it next time but I'm trying to find flavoring for meal replacement protein shakes and I'm not sure this is going to work.
