Will it fit 2003 ford mustang coupe convertible regular package?

As long as it has the solid rear axle it will work just fine. If you have the cobra rear with independent then it will not work at all

Does the camber plates come off

I had aftermarket cast and camber but removed them in favor of the ones that are on the struts. Be sure to check the bottom of the strut to make sure it has slidden in all the way. It will help with the allotment

Does this come with camber caster plates?

yes for the camber the caster is adjusted other ways but i would not get coil overs the camber bolts strip really easily and top bearing makes a lot of noise and the ride was horrible the wife thanked me when i when to stock with lowering springs

Can I use the thick caster plates with these coil overs ? And not the cheap small ones that come in these ?

Dont buy I dont reccommend them they are really bad and will bounce you out of your seat.
