However, my job involves alot of sustained physical activity for 6-8 hour stretches. Some days up to 10-12 hours. Two doctors I know (husband and wife) turned me on to this product. Honestly, it feels like my body says thank you when I drink it. I feel like my body absorbs it. I like the taste just fine. For me I use about a single scoop in about 6 ozs of water. I don't remember what they recommend, nd I'm too lazy to get up to go look. I tried a different brand of BCAAs that was horrible tasting. And it didn't have the same affect overall.

A: I have used rsp. Rsp is bland in my opinion. I've been using Evo amino lean for two years cherry limeade is the best flavor for evolutions amino leans and amino in general. I use it to replace coffee in the morning. Hope this helps!
