**Q: The original sensor of Honda ridgeline 2006 are ntk 618-h10 and h9, front below/ rae. are ngk/ntk 24259/24255 the excacto2. What means packaging**
A: There are 2 Air Fuel Ratio sensors before cat converters and those are NGK 24302's. Honda calls them sensor 1. Bank 1 is firewall side. Bank 2 is front side.There are 2 additional O2 sensors after cat converters and those are NGK 24359 and 24255. Both are same but different cable length and tie fixture locations. Honda calls them sensor 2 or secondary sensor.For bank 1, it lays out like this,  exhaust manifold => 24302 => cat => 24259For bank 2, it lays out like this,  exhaust manifold => 24302 => cat => 24255You can buy denso sensors as well.

**Q: Would this replace bank 2 sensor 2 ? Code p0157 ? 2006 honda pilot ?**
A: 24259 is the correct part for B2S2. I cannot say this will take care of your code. Codes do not actually tell you what part to replace. Only diagnostics can do that.
