The fixed weight makes it convenient because there’s no need to load or adjust plates, and the thick padded grip feels comfortable while lifting. It’s a bit longer than the other weighted bars. The included workout poster is also a nice touch and gives you some ideas for exercises to do with the bar. Overall, it’s a simple and convenient addition to my home workouts.

These were exactly what I was looking for! They are comfortable, good beginning weights and seem to be well made and should last. Highly recommend adding a stand! I did not and I made the mistake of setting one up against edge of desk and it creased the soft rubber coating. My stupid mistake.
