This seems like a pretty and slightly more complicated that costs 10X. Is it worth it?** A: The design of it is one thing that in my opinion dominates the cost factor. That said, it is still a great product because it pretty much does the work for you instead of having to actually press on it. Also, its very well made so it will last you a good lifetime unless you throw it somewhere and break it (which is highly unlikely). It's like having a great coffee maker that looks good as well. **Q: Very nice! How's the cleaning? Any vidoes on that? Is there any risk of breaking the glass?** A: HI Ari! Thanks for your curiosity about Trinity! The Brew Chamber is moulded Tritan® copolyester, an extremely durable BPA-Free material, to meet the pressure and temperature demands of brewing great coffee. **Q: where is it made** A: The Trinity One unit is assembled in China however components are sourced from around the globe such as the American Black WalnutHeartwood Timber used to accent the design. **Q: So, why make the brew chamber out of plastic?!? As one of the reviewers stated, Borosilicate (or Pyrex) would have been much more durable long term.** A: Thank you for reaching out, and so sorry for any confusion regarding the materials used. Since Trinity ONE brews in a high pressure environment using a weighted cylinder, borosilicate presents a high risk of breakage, and also cannot meet the manufacturing tolerance requirements of +/- 0.1mm required to create a reliable air tight seal. We have done a lot of research on this in our product development and we will also continue to explore possibilities to use borosilicate in the future if they arise.
