We've had them for about 3 months now so I waited to write this review. First of all, they can run on high for about 12 hours until empty, which means you need to add water daily. No big deal for us. Every day we dump the reservoir's water and dry it off. We also turn the blue water holder upside down and dry off the bottom too. Since it takes about 30 seconds for each one to do this, it saves on cleaning A LOT. So we don't mind. We don't have white dust on them ever.I don't find these overly quiet. They have a lot of dripping noises to them. Also, when your water is about to run out, and you're sleeping, the motor revs a bit until it quits, which can be annoying if you're trying to sleep in. The spout at the top lets you shoot the water vapor where you want, which is nice, but sometimes you can't move it with the small crater in the plastic that is supposed to be for your finger.So, overall, they're okay, but I don't think they deserve such praise that others have written. But maybe this is the best that can be done when you don't want to deal with filters. :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... had this for a few days now and I love it. I had previously bought another humidifier from ... *by M***C on Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2018* I've only had this for a few days now and I love it. I had previously bought another humidifier from Amazon that I kept for over a year, but it kept leaking all over my night stand and ruining the finish. I was fed up and needed a new one. After scoping out the reviews, I found this one. It is great! No leaks (as of yet) and it is super quite. The touch button is like the other one I have, but this one I find I need a little more practice using. There is a nightlight feature, but it can be turned off. Unlike my other humidifier, the "on" button light doesn't shine through the bottom, allowing me to use it while I sleep. I put something in front of the button to avoid any light and it works well. Piece of tape would be better. I keep this going on high and the water container lasts about one night. You can maybe get two nights on the lower setting. The unit itself doesn't take up much room and is easy to fill. I haven't cleaned it yet, so we will see how that goes. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I accidentally purchased this instead of its larger model (completely my fault for not reading correctly which I put in my cart), but I was pleased with what I received.PROS• It’s not so large that it will take up too much space on your counter - which is essential!• I have it running on its ‘low’ setting and it lasts for over 14 hours!!• Silent as any humidifier can be (you can hear the bubbles but that’s normal in any cool mist humidifier)• Night light is easily accessible and casts a soft blue glow in my daughters room• Automatic shut off (I can’t tell you how much peace of mind that’s given me)• Easy to cleanCONS• The power button stays lit (nothing a piece of fabric can’t cover)All in all it’s a wonderful purchase, I will definitely recommend it for anyone looking for something to use in a nursery (which is where mine currently is) or a bedroom.
