OWC 1M Thunderbolt 5 (USB-C) Cable

This is exactly why I needed to replace my cable for my CalDigit TS4 dock. I was looking for a cable that was short in length, delivers power and data for my MacBook Pro and Dock set up and this worked perfectly. The 11.8in / 30cm ended up being a little shorter than I expected. But I measured it and it’s the exact length it advertised, that was my mistake for not accounting the extra length of the connection peace. I wish it were just an inch longer but I am satisfied

I got this cable for my Mac Mini 4 pro, which has its home folder on an external TB4 drive. The USB 4 cable alone was a bit unreliable, but with this TB5 cable it works great. Now the speed is also better

I have a M5 MacBook Pro that requires a quality cable that can handle High quality FAST Transfer Speeds 80Gb/s up to 120 Gb/s. Perfect lengths, I bought a .3M & a .8M. Very durable and compatible with the M5 MacBook Pro. It can also power or charge up to 240W to anything. It can be used for other items down the road. A TB5 cable can work with TB4 & TB3. So, buy this one to future proof your purchases of cables. Many other cables may be cheaper, but they may fail or not function properly. They may not be able to handle the transfer speeds of 80-120 Gbps or the 240 wattage to power something. Buy the best for your computer and it will save you time and money in the long run. ….and OWC is definitely one of the Best. No issues, No problems. No complaints. = No headaches.

It works. I have a KVM over ethernet extender from this same company for my security cameras so I can watch and control them from my office on the other side of my house from where my data closet is located. The KVM has been running for 2 years 7x24 without issue so I tried this because I have 2 48” LG Oled C2 TV’s on my office.Depending on what I am doing, I prefer to watch the cameras from a different TV. This device lets me do that. I just need to change the input of the TV to see the cameras. I can watch on both TV’s or either one by switching TV input. There is no loss in resolution either way. I can only hope it is as reliable as the KVM extender. It was very simple to install. It is remarkable how affordable this tech is. Highly recommended based on initial experience. I will update if I experience any problems.

I bought this to organize my desk better connecting my Kingston XS1000 2TB SSD to my Mac Mini M4. The cable is working good and I appreciate that its nice and short.

Eu havia comprado um outro cabo que se dizia Thunderbolt 5 (pois eu achava que cabo era tudo igual), mas ao conectar o meu docker Beelink Mate Mini o sistema não reconheceu nenhum dispositivo Thunderbolt conectado. Foi aí que decidi comprar esse cabo OWC certificado, que quando conectado ao Beelink Mate Mini reconheceu tudo certinho no sistema com tráfego em alta velocidade. Resumindo: este cabo realmente é certificado Thunderbolt 5 e custa mais barato do que outras marcas certificadas.

Le câble respecte les spécifications Intel Thunderbolt 5. Cependant j’ai commandé un câble de 0,3m, il ne fait que 0,25m ce qui me porte préjudice pour la connexion de mon ordinateur à l’écran… on parle d’un écart de 5cm… ce n’est pas rien surtout au prix vendu.
