I am very disappointed at this product. I noticed it had nothing to do with the screws but the whole Joint itself would detach from it's base (where the screws are) so there is no way to screw it any tighter. It does a great job suspending the sound proofing blanket I use over the entry door. I can swivel it to allow room access without having to take down the sound proofing before and after each session. The sound proofing blankets can be heavy and the drywall anchors provided were lightweight. I purchased better quality drywall anchors from the hardware store and the boom arm is as solid as a rock. I love it. I would recommend buyers upgrade the anchors anyway.
