A: This is a typical Tomoca roasting type called FAMIGILA or medium roast. Specialized in Tomoca. If you have been in one of Tomoca stores and tried their coffee they do dark and light. I hope this answers your question. Roasted and prepared in Ethiopia at the origin.

I had the pleasure of visiting one of their stores in Addis. The medium roast famiglia I ordered on Amazon is excellent but not quite as good as the whole beans I purchased directly from the store in Addis (which had been roasted the day before I purchased it).  This grounded famiglia I received on Amazon had been roasted about 2 months prior to receiving it.
