The vitamins taste good and are easy to chew. They don't leave a super chalky taste in my mouth but they are a little sour. I like them. The day I started I felt more energetic and have been doing more. I feel like they are helpful. I haven't had my surgery yet, it's in 10 days. But I wanted to start before just in case I didn't like the vitamins. So far so good.

Smaller than the regular version, and taste is a bit different. I have been using this brand since my gastric bypass in late 2015, have never had bad blood work and I am grateful this company makes such good supplements. It's easy to stay compliant with vitamin needs when they taste so good.

They dissolve fairly quickly and I haven’t had issues with them sticking in the mouth, and the mixed fruit taste is tolerable for something you take every day. In terms of packaging and dosing, the bottle is clearly labeled and it’s easy to keep track of when you last took a vitamin. For someone following their doctor’s guidance on bariatric nutrition, this checks the box for a comprehensive chewable option that’s designed with higher ADEK and associated vitamins in mind. The reason this isn’t a 5-star rating is that the flavor isn’t to everyone’s liking, and after a while I started wishing for a slightly milder taste. It also requires two tablets per day, which adds up over time compared with single-tablet multivitamins. Overall, though, it’s a practical choice if you’re looking for a bariatric-focused chewable multivitamin that fits into your daily routine.

The product is great. I just wish it was more affordable.

These chewable let you stagger out your absorption across 4 pills. The texture is what you would expect from a chewable and the quality is very good. I did not experience any upset stomach and the value of these pills are pretty good.

Dietitian recommended these because i wouldnt have to worry about also taking calcium supplements 3x a day, but what i didnt realize, is i would still have to take these 4x a day! The worst part is, they are very tart and foamy to chew(causing gas pain.) Having to deal with that 4x a day is NOT better than 1 vitamin and 3 calcium chews per day!
