**Q: Will it hold a standard Shaker Bottle?**
A: Thanks for the question. I don’t know the bottom width of a standard shaker bottle but I can tell you that the holder was designed for a SmartWater 1L bottle which is 2.75” across at the bottom of the bottle. I hope this helps.

**Q: Does it stretch**
A: It doesn't really stretch, but it is big enough to hold the 1 liter smart water bottle in the picture. But probably not anything wider than that. I use mine for standard half liter water bottles.

**Q: Does it stretch from the sides for wider bottles?**
A: The mesh part does not stretch but is big enough for the 1 liter smart water bottle in the pictures. But that is a tall narrow bottle.

**Q: How do I attach the 3 rear elastic bands to the shoulder strap?**
A: Thank you for reaching out. You have to detach one of the two backpack shoulder straps and then slide the elastic bands over the strap and reattach. You can see an installation video at www.mmhikinggear.com. Click on Install Video at the top of the main webpage. I hope this helps.
