We finally managed it by carefully flexing the large panel and the outside pieces enough to work it into place, but it definitely took TWO people and a whole lot of patience! 😂 So, 5 stars for the box — but pay very close attention to the order of assembly! But, why would you store a $3000 pool cover in a plastic box??? **Q: Does it warp in the sun** A: I’m in the Arizona desert valley with 300+ sunny days p/year and temp’s known to reach 115°. My Keter just turned 2 y/o and looks as great as the day I assembled it (minus our incessant desert dust on the exterior, lol). It's exposed to full sun on our pool deck and not protected from weather at all. Keeps all of our pool towels dry, although we do use a carabiner as a lock during our monsoon season to ensure high winds keep the lid shut. I’m back here on Amazon to buy a 2nd one for the yard. **Q: Is there a way to attach the box to the deck?** A: We would not recommend making holes into the box as you may have mold and bug issues in the future. **Q: I know you can sit two people on it, but can you stand on it?** A: You can sit two people on the front edge only...look closely at the picture of the two people sitting on it and you will see what I mean. Standing in the middle of the top will “cave it” for sure. They hold so much stuff! All the cushions and covers for the outdoor furnishings go right in with no hassle because they're in the same area and the lid has these hydraulic lifts so they stay open when they're up and close softly! They're really easy to put together too. I did it alone with no problems at all. Instructions were very simple. All the parts were there, nothing was missing. These are resin so low maintenance. The first day I assembled and filled 2 of them. Overnight it rained, but everything inside was dry! It took me about 20 minutes to put the first one together and half that time for the remaining two. I'm very happy with this purchase and I will be purchasing more.
