Does this work on a 2020 Mac air laptop?

yes, it can work with mac, normally.

Does it work with windows 12

This will work on Windows, and Linux for sure as I've used it on both Operating Systems. I can confirm it runs very well on Windows 11 Pro, and on Linux Mint 21. Windows 12 has not been released yet, I believe that is supposed to be around March of Next year. I can only assume that if it works on the Windows 11 Pro, it should also work on Windows 12 when that is released. :) I hope this helps.

Aloha The item is quality Nice touch & pressing feedback Few issues: 1- Why do u have a green laser As a NumLock indicator? is this a rocket guiding laser? It’s harmful to the eyes… 2- numpad function nice But how can i re-map the 4buttons at the top Home/Tab/mail/calculator How can i fix the 2nd issue? Its the only reason I bought this…
