Twist until snug. Solid contact is key, but don't overtighten brass components. Three set screws provide strong, adjustable clamping force without hand fatigue.

Wipe with dry cloth after use. Use wire brush for stubborn spatter. Avoid harsh chemicals. Solid brass won't rust, but keeping it clean maintains conductivity.

Store in dry area. Hang on a hook to prevent cable kinking. Use tool bag for protection. Avoid heat sources. Keep set screws dry and accessible.

Works with TIG, MIG, and MMA/Stick welders up to 500A. Check your welder's output rating. Users confirm reliable performance from 175A hobby to industrial machines.
